Lahdan Rahmati is a lawyer and the editor-in-chief of the daily blawgger. Lahdan has worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Corporation Finance, Office of Telecommunications in Washington, DC and in a boutique corporate and securities law firm in Washington DC. Lahdan has been an active member of the American Bar Association since 2014 where she currently serves as the Vice Chair of Publications of the International Corporate Counsel Committee in the ABA Section of International Law. From 2019-2020, Lahdan served as Treasurer of the Board of Directors of a Condominium Owners Association and Interim President of the Board of Directors of a Restaurant Corporation.

Lahdan earned a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology with a Concentration in Archaeology from UCLA, a Juris Doctor with a Tax Certificate from University of San Francisco School of Law, and a Certificate in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown Law. Lahdan is admitted to practice law in California and the District of Columbia.
